Yoga Workshop for the mental, emotional and body balance (Nov 30th)


In this workshop, you will learn a practice to balance your mental, emotions and body. Staying balanced is very important to face the daily situations which are destabilising.

you will be trained to continue to do the practice daily at home. It is a mix of:
   – 3 asanas
   – one breathing exercice
   – AUM Chanting


1 session workshop on Saturday 30th of November from 9am till 11am.


At the studio, located in Rue de Serbie 15, 4000 Liège.
