In this workshop, you will learn a practice to balance your mental, emotions and body. Staying balanced is very important to face the daily situations which are destabilising.
you will be trained to continue to do the practice daily at home. It is a mix of:
– 3 asanas
– one breathing exercice
– AUM Chanting
