This workshop of the advanced yogasanas are for those who have already done the workshop of the basic yogasanas from the Isha Hatha Yoga tradition. We will learn:
– Sarvangasana (the sequence of shoulder stand)
– Ardha Matsyasana (half fish)
– Spinal Twist Postures
– Mayurasana (peacock – only for men)
It will be also the opportunity to have your own practice corrected, to be re-establish in the subtle body and also to see new aspects through videos.
