Children Programs
To give the right tools to your child for his growth
It offers a unique possibility for every child to experience a joyful blossoming of their natural potential. It is an introduction to life enhancing yoga practices:
- Upa Yoga: a system of practices that activate the joints, muscles and the energy system, which bring easiness in the whole system.
- AUMkar Meditation: a powerful tool that increase the concentration, memory, attention and the coordination mind-body.
- Nadi Shuddi: a simple breathing practice that balance and purify the system.
- Thoppurkarnam: activate the brain and balance the left and right side of the brain.
- Yoga Namaskar / Surya Shakti: sequence of positions that enable to get fit, muscled and work on the cardio. This practice has as an impact to keep the body and the mind still and thus to develop the clarity of what is happening around you.
- Games : to create a cohesion amongst the group.
Practice requirements
- Limited practice: age 4 till 7
- Full practice: Age 7+
- Low-level intensity
- No experience of yoga necessary
Pricing
Group classes : 15 € per hour
Individual classes : 60 € per hour
